Payment Policy

At Dizital Junction, we strive to provide clear and transparent payment terms for all our services. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for services rendered by Dizital Junction. By engaging with our services, you agree to the following payment terms:

1. Payment Terms
Invoices: Once a service agreement is finalized, Dizital Junction will issue an invoice for the agreed-upon amount. The invoice will detail the services provided, any applicable taxes, and the total amount due.
Due Date: Payment is due within 7 days from the invoice date unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Failure to pay within the stipulated time may result in service delays or suspension.
Currency: All payments must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in the agreement.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We offer the following payment options for our clients:
Bank Transfer: You can make payments directly to our bank account. Bank details will be provided on the invoice.
Credit/Debit Cards: We accept major credit and debit cards through our secure payment gateway.
UPI/Net Banking: Unified Payment Interface (UPI) and net banking are available as secure payment methods.
Digital Wallets: Payments through digital wallets may be accepted depending on the client’s location.
Please ensure all payments reference the correct invoice number to avoid delays in processing.

3. Late Payments
Late Fees: Invoices not paid by the due date may incur a late fee of 20% per month on the outstanding balance, starting from the due date.
Service Suspension: Dizital Junction reserves the right to suspend or terminate any ongoing services or project work if payments are not received within 30 days after the due date.
Debt Recovery: If an account remains unpaid after 60 days, Dizital Junction reserves the right to engage a collection agency or take legal action to recover the outstanding debt, including any additional costs incurred in the process.

4. Refund Policy
Service Cancellation: If a project or service is canceled by the client after work has commenced, a refund will not be provided for work already completed. Any prepaid amount for services that have not yet commenced may be refunded, subject to agreement.
Non-Refundable Services: Certain services such as digital marketing campaigns, bulk SMS services, and voice calls are non-refundable once the service has begun.
Partial Refunds: For services involving long-term projects, partial refunds may be granted at the discretion of Dizital Junction, depending on the percentage of work completed.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks
Disputes: If there is a dispute regarding any part of an invoice, the client must notify Dizital Junction in writing within 7 days of receiving the invoice. Both parties will work towards resolving the issue promptly.
Chargebacks: In case of any chargeback or payment dispute raised via the payment gateway, Dizital Junction will suspend all services until the dispute is resolved. Clients are encouraged to contact us directly before initiating any chargebacks to avoid unnecessary delays.

6. Taxes
All prices mentioned in invoices are exclusive of applicable taxes. Goods and Services Tax (GST) or any other applicable taxes will be added to the invoice as per Indian tax regulations unless the client provides a valid exemption certificate.

7. Service-Specific Payment Terms
Certain services provided by Dizital Junction, such as social media management, PR campaigns, or website development, may have specific payment milestones. These milestones will be defined in the service agreement and must be met before further progress is made on the project.

8. Payment Security
We take the security of your financial information seriously. All online payments are processed through secure and encrypted payment gateways. We do not store or retain your credit card or banking details on our servers.
