3. Client Responsibilities
As a client of Dizital Junction, you are responsible for:
Providing Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, up-to-date information necessary for the execution of services. This includes business details, login credentials for social media platforms (where applicable), and any content/materials required for campaigns.
Compliance with Legal Requirements: You are responsible for ensuring that any materials provided to us do not violate any laws or regulations. Dizital Junction is not liable for the legality of the content supplied by the client.
Payment Obligations: Clients must ensure timely payments according to the agreed-upon terms (see Payment Policy). Failure to do so may result in suspension of services.
4. Service Execution
Dizital Junction will strive to provide services in a timely and professional manner. However, we do not guarantee specific results such as a particular number of followers, website traffic, or sales generated from our campaigns. Results may vary depending on various factors beyond our control.
Campaigns and Content: Dizital Junction will work closely with the client to develop content and campaigns. Final approval of the content must be provided by the client before publication.
Revisions: Clients are entitled to request a limited number of revisions to the content or campaigns. The specific number of revisions will be defined in the service agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
Client Content: All content provided by the client (text, images, videos, logos, etc.) remains the intellectual property of the client. Dizital Junction will not use client content for any purpose outside the scope of the agreed-upon services.
Dizital Junction Content: Any original content created by Dizital Junction, including graphic designs, marketing strategies, and code for websites or apps, will remain the property of Dizital Junction unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Confidentiality
Dizital Junction will maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information provided by the client. We will not share or disclose such information with any third parties without the client’s explicit consent, except as required by law.
7. Termination of Services
By Client: The client may terminate the agreement at any time by providing written notice to Dizital Junction. In the event of termination, the client will be responsible for payment of services rendered up to the date of termination.
By Dizital Junction: We reserve the right to terminate services if the client breaches any part of these Terms and Conditions, fails to make payments, or engages in activities that compromise the integrity of our services.
8. Limitation of Liability
No Warranties: While Dizital Junction strives to deliver high-quality services, we make no warranties or guarantees regarding the outcomes or effectiveness of our services.
Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dizital Junction will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or reputation.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold Dizital Junction, its employees, directors, and agents harmless from any claims, liabilities, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your breach of these Terms and Conditions, or any violation of laws or regulations.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jaipur, Rajasthan.
